EIGHT Mid Argyll businesswomen met last Monday night, May 1, for the launch of a fledgling business networking group.
Wrens – Women’s Rural Enterprise Network Scotland – is a new initiative for local business women to work together and support one another. Kate MacDonald, a self-employed artist and textile crafts tutor, set up the group after hearing how fellow businesswomen could do with extra support in running a rural business.
