The Christmas break is over and it’s new-year-new-me time. The mass migration to the gym has begun, friends are already sticking up pictures of their dream beach body, planning the weekly spin class, signing up for a marathon, having a juice cleanse and dropping daily #fitfam #eatclean posts. OK, a slight exaggeration, but maybe not that far from the truth. This is something we programme ourselves to do each year, believing each time that this time it’s going to work — without changing the approach.
