Having a child can cause most parents to want to protect them immediately. Having a child with a disability can enhance those feelings of protection. We naturally strive to keep our children with disabilities from falling victim to bullying in our neighborhoods and at school. However, what do you do as a parent when you suddenly discover that it is your child with a disability who is the actual bully? Here are 10 simple tips for dealing effectively with your child with autism who is bullying other students.
