COULD a reduction in Campbeltown’s bins encourage litter louts?
That is the fear of some of the town’s residents and visitors, who say that there has been a noticeable reduction in litter bins on the streets.
One woman, who did not want to be named, told the Courier that she had to carry her rubbish the entire length of Longrow until she could access a bin on Main Street.
