A MODERN apprenticeships champion gave an inspiring talk at Campbeltown Grammar School.

Argyll and Bute Council Growing Our Own co-ordinator Rebecca Hepburn spoke to four groups of S4 pupils, at the Schools’ Employer Engagement day on Monday.

Ms Hepburn said: ‘Apprentices are an absolute asset to the team. They learn and bring things that we do not necessarily know and we can learn from them.’
