Campbeltown creamery cheese smokes Royal Highland Show competitors

CAMPBELTOWN creamery can add a new cheese to its list of award-winning products, after smoking the competition to win gold at the Royal Highland Show.

The creamery’s latest creation, smoked Mull of Kintyre extra mature cheddar, was entered into the ‘speciality cheese: smoked’ category and scooped the top award.

The product, which is still in very early development and is not available to purchase yet, also had success at the British Cheese Awards at the Royal Bath and West Show in early June, winning gold.
