O2 FIXES FLAW THAT LEAKED YOUR LOCATION
O2 has fixed a flaw in its 4G Calling tool that exposed users’ locations. It was told about the bug in March by security researcher Daniel Williams (www.snipca.com/54925) and kept it secret to prevent hackers exploiting it. Williams confirmed on 19 May that O2 had fixed it. Reports say the flaw had previously remained undetected since February 2023.
