Companionship and intimacy are essential to our wellbeing and studies show that people in romantic relationships tend to live longer and report lower responses to pain – and even increased immunity.
Sex and relationship expert Anna Richards, the founder of erotic platform Frolicme (visit frolicme.com) agrees that love and pleasure are good for your health.
“It is such an important area to talk about, particularly for women,” she says. “Female pleasure shouldn’t be shameful – women are interested and need to know.”
