Red Devils end window the Wright way
By STEPHEN IBBETSON
SALFORD RED DEVILS were on a high as the transfer window shut, with no more players leaving the club and a key forward penning a new longterm contract.
Salford sold Tyler Dupree to Wigan Warriors - with fellow prop Brad Singleton moving in the other direction - in the penultimate week before the deadline for deals, while there were reports of interest in other players including Brodie Croft and Ryan Brierley last week. But no further players had departed by Friday's deadline, and instead the club were celebrating a new deal for Australian backrower Shane Wright.
