A GOOD NIGHT’S sleep is important for our overall well–being, yet too many of us stay up late at night scrolling on our iPhones. Ironically, though, your iOS device can actually help you get to sleep thanks to a handy feature in the Health app.
That feature is Sleep Mode, which lets you define a bedtime schedule for the days and weeks ahead. When this schedule is active, your iPhone’s Lock Screen is dimmed, Do Not Disturb is enabled, and you’re encouraged to start relaxing for bed.
