Work Worries

Half of dads can’t get flexible work, and it’s aff ecting their mental health, with over a third admitting they struggle to achieve a sustainable workfamily-life balance. Sixty per cent of 2,000 men surveyed said they want employers to provide more flexible working, and almost half said improving paternity leave is ‘vital’.1
