Chittagong, Bangladesh—They are Myanmar’s tired, unwanted masses, but at least some of them now have relief. On February 15, Rohingya children seeking refuge rushed to meet the crew of the Nautical Aliya, a Malaysian ship carrying thousands of tons of food and emergency supplies. Since October, tens of thousands of Rohingya—a persecuted, stateless Muslim minority—have led to Bangladesh after police in Myanmar began a brutal crackdown against them.
