Sleep is far more important than people realise and it is often taken for granted. Not only does sleep affect you mentally and physically but it also affects your performance in the water, which is why it is so important to ensure you get a good quality sleep. Ultimately, the better quality sleep that you have, the better you will be able to work out. However, you do need to redefine your approach to achieve sleep quality.
