A New Decade!
The new rally season is here and we’re starting the year in style with another packed issue of Pacenotes Rally Magazine that comes complete with our essential championship guides, giving you a clear vision of the packed 2020 motorsport schedule that lies ahead!

Thierry Neuville got his season off to the best possible start with victory in Monte Carlo and takes the coveted spot on our first cover of the year. We’ve also got a big feature with Drew Wylie, who has spent a lifetime involved in both two-wheeled and four-wheeled motorsport. We took a closer look at his stunning Samba and delved into the Northern Ireland man’s exciting motorsport past.

Fresh from competing at the Dakar Rally, we spoke to Michael Orr whose dream came true when he navigated on the event for the first time this year. And also in the spotlight are Andrew Stewart and Tony Gallagher, plus young guns Mark McGeehan (the newly crowned 17-year-old N.I. Co-drivers’ champion), Letisha Conn and Reece Pollock.

Our team of renowned columnists has expanded too with John Fife joining the ranks. He gives the lowdown of all things Scottish while Becs Williams gives her views on the world scene and Sammy Hamill takes a closer look at Irish rallying.

Martin Holmes is back with his retro glasses on too, this time turning the clock back on the Swedish Rally. And Jamie Arkle adds to the retro flavour with a reminder of some of Citroen’s past attempts at rallying in some oddball cars such as the Visa.

The Killarney Historic Rally took place before Christmas but we couldn’t ignore what was a fantastic event with great competition between eventual winner Rob Duggan and Craig Breen. We’ve also got reports from other events from across the UK and Ireland including Brands Hatch, Croft, Jaffa Stages, Turkey Run and more…

Make sure you grab your copy to get you in the mood for the 2020 season! Order print and digital versions online at rallymag.com or call 028 4066 0390.
