I'd welcome more content written by people directly and personally involved in working on heritage lines, locos and rolling stock, not so much from journalists, staff writers, etc. Stories based on first-hand experience provide a valuable insight. This isn't to criticise your own staff writers, I find their work good, but would like more content from other viewpoints as well, there would also be a role for staff writers in helping to edit material from less professional authors, who probably need support, as I know from my own work proofreading journals and books published by one of the line societies.
