Firstly, I just wanted to wish everyone well and to state that this will be the last time I say ‘in these challenging times’ or some such. That’s because Singletrack is a magazine that I know people look to for some escape and inspiration. It’s a magazine about bikes you might like to own, places you’d like to visit (or not), and people you’d like to learn more about.
It’s not a news digest magazine - there arc plenty of places that do all that very well. So, please join me as we ignore the world out there and instead we look at some amazing trips we did earlier, some things we wrote at home, and some of our favourite things. And where better to start than in praise of the universal mountain bike bond, that symbol of social cohesion in our eclectic world: the packet of Haribo.
