BUTTLER SAYS HE'S STILL UP TO THE TEST
Jos Buttler insists his ambition to play Test cricket remains as strong as
ever, and believes his selection alongside current Test wicket-keeper Jonny Bairstow in the upcoming series against Pakistan is a “viable option”. Buttler, first-choice in white-ball cricket, lined up with his Yorkshire ‘rival’ in the first Royal London ODI against Sri Lanka at Trent Bridge and on the eve of the second at Edgbaston, confirmed his determination to do just the same when the four-Test series against Pakistan starts at Lord’s next month.
