As we write our welcome to you this month, the world is certainly a different place to even how it was last issue. This is actually the first time we’ve ever put together a magazine when we’ve not all been sitting together in the office.
Face to face chats have now been replaced by Google Hangouts and quick questions are dealt with by email. We know that with everything that’s going on, everyday life can be quite unsettling and sometimes you want to escape from it all – so that’s why we’re still beavering away to bring you your monthly dose of escapism and to distract you, even if you can just spare a few minutes at a time. Plus with all the time most of us have now got to spend at home, where better to disappear than the kitchen? Supplies are hopefully getting back to normal now in supermarkets, so it’s time to indulge your favourite passion and cook up a delicious meal that will help to brighten the day for the whole family. With restaurants being closed and not all takeaways able to offer delivery, you might be starting to get withdrawal symptoms for all your old favourites. So this month we’re helping you create a whole host of fast vegan treats that will not only satisfy that craving, but are generally healthier versions too!
