FINDING THE ‘V’ IN VINO

I never used to pay much attention to whether alcohol was vegan or not. I didn’t fancy being that person who goes to a threedeep bar and asks “Is this wine vegan?”. Given my apparent lack of wine-ology knowledge, imagine my surprise when I landed a job at Wolf Wine, an independent Bath-based craft wine company, advocates for natural, organic, biodynamic and vegan wine. The opportunity to try all of these wines without the fear of fish guts (or as industry professionals would call it, ‘fining’) has been amazing.
