The last few weeks have given us all some important and necessary time to reflect. Whether that’s thinking about our true values, listening more, or evaluating our own personal wellness goals. For me, it’s been a chance to think about the difference I can make to other people’s days. Little things like going for a walk with my neighbour to cheer her up; dropping offff some flflowers (and a gin in a tin!) to my gym buddy; or treating the elderly chap up the road to a surprise croissant for his elevenses – it definitely wasn’t ZeroPoints® but he didn’t mind!
This past month has been a much-needed reminder that our positive, collective actions can have a dramatic domino effect. So, this issue we’re encouraging you to take some time to reset. Whether that’s thinking about how to live in the moment a bit more (P.31); resetting your goals and what you can do to remain on track; or overhauling your morning
routine by starting your day with a dose of self-care and love (P.73).
With that in mind, I’m going to leave you with the words of our amazing WW ambassador Oprah Winfrey: ‘Breathe. Let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure.’ So go for it, you guys – and remember, we’ve got your back!
