Dundrod’s debut 18 August 1950
IRELAND IS HOME to just one international race track: Mondello Park, near Dublin. But its best-known venue is probably the Dundrod road circuit, just west of Belfast.
Running over 7.4 narrow miles with 25 turns in the green countryside, replete with stone walls, trees and telegraph poles, the course is extremely fast and dicey.
