Boys Ride Too

Aug / Sept 2024 Welcome to Issue 21. We hope that you have been enjoying your summer and having a whole bunch of pony fun! As many of you will know, this will be our last issue for a little while, but don’t worry, you haven’t heard the last of us. You will still find new features on our website, and our blog is for you to write about your experiences and read what other boys get up to. Please do join in, so that you can keep supporting and inspiring each other. We have worked hard to make this a great issue, and its a bumper one! You have 60 pages featuring not only YOU, the readers (obviously the most important) but also legends, William and Pippa Funnell, upcoming jockey Ben Macey and inspiring Para rider, Darren Tudor Green. You will find top ‘spruce up’ tips from the pro’s, polework to try with @itsthatjoss and tips on understanding your pony’s behaviour, to make vet visits smoother, from Mark Stroyd. We have the results from our last dressage league and how you can join in - its fun! And don’t forget to look at our riding app tips, and enter our giveaway from Absorbine, on the back page. There is way to much fun stuff to mention, just read on and enjoy! See you on the web!
