Why did you decide to focus on providing an online service for customers?
We’ve been in the window and door market for over 20 years and we’ve got the showroom, purpose-built factory etc – all the normal things you’d associate with a double-glazing manufacturer. But for the past seven years, we’ve had this new route to market that enables builders and homeowners to obtain an instant, accurate price through our virtual tool and then order online.
