Seeing something means light from the object travels to your eyes, so if you look through a traversable wormhole, you would see the objects on the other side, with the light rays from them coming to your eyes through the wormhole. This would typically lead to some distortion of the image, how extreme depending on the size and curvature of the wormhole, as well as other details.
