FYNE Ales and Loch Fyne Oysters have teamed up to create what they consider to be the perfect pint to go with smoked salmon.
Loch Fyne Oysters teamed up with Fyne Ale’s head brewer Malcolm Downie to test recipes that would bring out the flavour of the salmon.
