Over the past few months I’ve started to find that I get really bad hangovers – not just physically but mentally, too.

At uni I’d drink a lot, and wake up with a headache. Now the headaches are worse and I am depressed for at least a day. I’m only drinking five pints. I can cope at weekends, but it’s affecting me at work, too. What do you suggest, other than going teetotal? My work has a strong drinking culture, so it would be hard to avoid drinking midweek.
