What does an average week look like in terms of keeping fit?

A mixture of gym, bike and running, with the occasional rugby session.

How often do you work out? What is your regime?

I always try to work out every day, although I may have the odd Sunday off here and there — which makes it sound like I live a very boring life! On my gym days my sessions only last 30 mins max — short and sharp, in and out! At the moment I have three different sessions, which are all based around staying lean. I’m not lifting any heavy weights, just working specific muscle groups on each of the three days with supersets of 80 reps. It’s very high intensity.
