Skills Development Scotland (SDS) is a national skills body which supports Scotland’s people and businesses to develop and apply skills. They have a staff of around 1,200 working across the country on different projects, schemes and partnerships.
SDS is centred around creating and building relationships between enterprises, educators and training bodies, in order to ensure that people can develop skills that will help them gain employment, and are aware of the wide range of routes available into work.
