The past couple of years has seen most of Marc Almond’s albums, from 1988’s The Stars We Are to 2007’s Stardom Road, get some overdue reissue attention.
Other than that period’s three covers records, 1991’s Tenement Symphony and its belated successor Fantastic Star five years later were the notable reissue omissions. If the former remains neglected, Fantastic Star finally gets the treatment – but not in the way that you’d expect.
