ClayCraft  |  Issue 12
It hardly seems possible, but this month marks our first birthday! The past year has flown by, and ClayCraft has gone from strength to strength, thanks to our readers.
In this issue, we have some lovely Mother’s Day ideas. Slip-cast mugs, that re-use the mould we made in the last issue, are a great way to create multiple versions of the basic item, which can then be decorated in many different ways. The windowsill planter could be made-to-measure, and planted up someone’s favourite flowers or herbs, and we have two vase options too. These are both based on a simple slab-build, but different treatments of the top radically alter the look and feel.
If you’d like the chance to tell us even more about what you like about the magazine, what you’d like to see more – or less – of, then why not take part in our reader survey, and be in with the chance of winning one of five £10 Potclays vouchers. Head over to our website at claycraft.co.uk/reader-survey and let us know what you think.
