The expert guide to… ORANGE WINE
If you’ve never heard of orange wine – a fast-growing trend – this is the moment. White wine is almost always made by crushing white grapes and removing the juice straightaway for fermentation. After crushing, the skins are left in with the juice for a long period – sometimes months – to add colour, aroma and tannic structure to the finished wine.
