THEY roam the mean streets of our cities with murder in mind. They deal in death. Murderers and psychopaths trail in their wake. Serial killers are no strangers to them. They’ve perfected their own unique methods of murder. They walk amongst us and look no different from us. Who are these fearsome people with such a predilection for slaughter? How can we be safe with them around?
