Quick actions
Quick actions are an often-overlooked means of getting a job done quickly directly from the Finder.
What actions are available depends on the file type. To open a file’s actions, switch to the Gallery or Columns view in Finder, and make sure the Preview is showing (Shift+Cmd+P or the View menu). Quick Actions are shown under the preview, at the foot of the right-hand column.
