Foldable iPhone specs prediction
A foldable iPhone might have a much smaller external screen than its rivals.
Apple’s foldable iPhone is widely understood to be in development, but there’s been little in the way of specifics. Analyst firm Meritz Securities has bucked that trend by releasing what it predicts will be the foldable iPhone’s measurements. The company claims the device will have a screen measuring between 7.6 and 7.9 inches across, while the front cover screen (on the outside when the product is folded) will be 5.3 to 5.5 inches across. While the former specification is in line with other foldable phones, the cover screen is noticeably smaller than the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold, which comes with a 6.3-inch cover.
