Q What’s inspiring you creatively at the moment?
A CALUM: Every album cycle changes, but it's always, for me, it's within the band. And then everyone is such a master of their own art. Michael produced "2011" and a lot of the single was written independently within the band. It’s a very liberating feeling to look at your bandmates, and everyone has their own identity that they're injecting into the band. It’s very motivating for me because everyone is such a great artist. And it's been a big realisation year for me in terms of really celebrating and honouring that and wanting your your mates to win and succeed. It’s the people in the band. Not the band, but the people.
