Back in a recent issue of this mag, I wrote something about gaining weight in winter, getting into good exercise and food habits, and how we were all going to do it. Inevitably it involved braving some of the elements at least part of the time, as well as the vegetable aisle of the supermarket.
I also said that we’d all look back in the spring on how all that went. So here we are, in the spring.
How did it all go? Are you thinner and faster or are you fat and slow? Did you set yourselves silly, unachievable goals such as riding every day for 100 days? Raced an entire ’cross season?
