From downrigging for salmon and taking a paddle through an inlet to just chilling on the hook for some downtime, there’s always something to do and experience - and it can be done in any given region and pretty much any time of the season.

What’s even better, there’s more of an opportunity in 2022 to enjoy this great pastime - and all of the associated activities - in Washington State following the lifting of the COVID-19 border restrictions, providing the chance to not only visit a new destination but revisit a favourite.

Communities like Blaine, Bellingham, Anacortes and Port Townsend all teem with stunning natural attractions, providing new thrills on the water and the chance to enjoy many types of services and attractions on land.
