1 SPA DAY
It’s time to get out those pampering products, or whip up some homemade scrubs and moisture treatments (see page 108). Start the day with some simple facial skincare, exfoliating, cleansing and using a face mask if you have one available. Run a warm bath and liberally use that special bath oil, or take a long, mindful shower while listening to some relaxing music (you’ll find many spa-type music playlists online). Make yourself a light lunch and a herbal tea, then continue the spa experience with a manicure and pedicure. Use the time to apply a vegan-friendly intensive hair conditioner, wrap your hair in a towel before rinsing out and enjoying silky smooth locks!
