MICK ATTACKS NANCY!
While baby Ollie remains in hospital, with possible brain damage, his dad, Mick, has turned into a ticking time bomb ready to explode! Mick’s still giving his daughter, Nancy, the cold shoulder after she pushed her brother, Lee, during a fight, which caused Ollie to be knocked over in his highchair and hit his head. Nancy’s mum, Linda, however, is much more sympathetic. ‘Linda’s been defending Nancy and Lee because, ultimately, it was an accident,’ says Kellie Bright, who plays Linda. ‘She knows they’re feeling terrible. They’re devastated about what’s happened.’ Mick isn’t as forgiving. This week, when he confides in his mum, Shirley, about his fears for Ollie, who might be discharged from hospital in time for Easter, it’s clear he still blames Nancy.
