SERVES 2
• 100g walnuts
• 45g ground almonds
• 6-7 medjool dates, (de-stoned and chopped)
• 50g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
• 50g crushed pistachios
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Blitz the pistachios, ground almonds and dates in a blender until combined.
2 Shake into balls and then flatten.
3 Bake in the oven at 180C for 12 minutes or until they are nice and golden.
