YOGA AND PILATES ARE JUST FOR FLEXIBLE PEOPLE
If your lack of flexibility puts you off trying a class of yoga or Pilates, it’s actually the place you need to be to regain your stretchiness! Just as with running, regular stretching practice improves mobility, strength and flexibility. When it comes to Pilates, the stretching is incorporated in the moves but instead of the static stretches you may be used to doing at the end of a run, this is all about more dynamic movement – which will build strength at the same time.
