This winter wonderland design would make a perfect winter wedding or anniversary cake. It would of course also be appropriate for Christmas.”

Siena panforte is an Italian speciality dating back centuries. I like to give it as a gift or share it with my family at Christmas time. If it’s overcooked it can be a little dry to eat. Any of the fruit and nuts in the recipe are interchangeable

Elfis the naughty shelf elf rummaged around in the cupboards to make himself some candy cane skis and twiglet poles... he was adored the first time he appeared in November 2016 so he had to make another appearance!
