CLASSIC MOTOR SHOW: BIGGEST TURNOUT EVER
More than seventy one thousand classic fans made it to the NEC, Birmingham for this year’s Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show, making it the biggest turnout in the event’s thirty two year history. The three-day extravaganza included manufacturer-backed Porsche and Vauxhall displays, a twenty car Pride of Ownership contest and a two-day auction. Showgoers could also drive rally-prepared classics themselves at a new outdoor demonstration area, organised by the Historic Endurance Rallying Organisation.
