Classic Land Rover Magazine

Two points, 1) keep up the stories of people travelling/overlanding with classic LRs so we keep up the awareness that these are not just weekend show ponies; and 2) I would like to see more stories about how to modernize older Series and Defenders (Pre-TD5) to make them more useable. This encourages the market to produce upgrade components like disc brakes, gearbox upgrades, electrics etc Reviewed 04 December 2025
