One often sees brickbats and criticism aimed at Amazon, although I have had mainly good experiences over the years. My latest involved their returns service via Royal Mail. I took the returned items to my local Post Office, with no special packaging required. The staff scanned the returns QR code on my phone (as explained at www. snipca.com/52931), then put the item in a bag – and that was it. When I got home 45 minutes later there was an email from Amazon saying it had received the notification of a return. Two days later, the credit was in my bank account. I call that good service from Amazon and the Post Office.
