SPANISH FLIGHT school One Air has announced the acquisition of five additional single-engined P2008JC MKII Premium aircraft. This will bring the total number of the type in the fleet to eight, plus a single P2006T MKII.
The P2008JC MKII is produced by Italian aircraft manufacturer Tecnam, which said it offers a huge number of advantages over traditional aircraft thanks to its composite carbon-fibre fuselage and metal wings, creating a more fuel-efficient and much quieter aircraft. Additional enhancements include a modern avionics systems and an upgraded dashboard and glare shield. This has allowed Tecnam to incorporate Garmin’s innovative G3X Touch display, with an MD302 attitude instrument to offer students an immersive flying experience.
