This 1937 portrait of art dealer Ambroise Vollard, right, is included in an exhibition of Picasso ceramics, linocuts, etchings, lithographs and books at Peter Harrington’s Fulham Road gallery.
Offered for £12,500, the aquatint on laid paper was one of 100 etchings in the neoclassical style from the so-called Vollard Suite that Picasso produced from 1930-37 for his art dealer.
