Google has upgraded Gemini’s AI model to version 3, to provide “state-of-the-art reasoning to your most complex problems”. It has also upgraded its image generator to Nano Banana Pro, to produce more realistic photos, allow for more advanced tweaks and create more accurate and legible text.
Although these improvements are available to all users, you only get a limited number of Gemini 3 prompts for free each day. For example, you can only generate two images per day using Nano Banana Pro, before you’re reverted to the standard AI model.
