Use the iCloud Shared folder in Finder
See your shared files and folders and the documents you are collaborating on all in one place on your Mac
Pages, Numbers and Keynote enable you to work with one or more other people on the same document. Two, three or more people can all see, view and edit the same report in Pages, for example. Just use the Collaborate button and invite them, or use the Share menu options in Finder to share a file with them.
