North Argyll Carers Centre will move from its current premises on Albany Street to The RockTheld Centre, Oban, when the building is refurbished.
North Argyll Carers Centre supports unpaid family carers across Oban, Lorn and the Isles. Currently more than 600 carers and more than 100 young carers between the ages of eight and 18 are supported by the organisation.
The centre has a team of workers supporting carers across the area, including island-based workers on Mull, Iona, Coll and Tiree. Manager Morag MacLean said: ‘We have long outgrown our current premises. RockTheld will give us the chance to expand. It keeps us in the town centre and is accessible for everyone.
